To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and materials.

The return must be initiated within the return period, based on the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

We'll provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Repack the item securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Ship it using a trackable and insured method. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@lonyaskin.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier if your package doesn’t arrive.
If you suspect theft or loss:

File a police report via your local law enforcement agency.

Send us the case or report number at contact@lonyaskin.com so we can investigate and process a potential refund.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, they are no longer eligible for cancellation.

You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
Bundle and combo deals are final sale and not eligible for cancellation — but they're still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
